Description
The Automatic Colour Sorter sorts by the following procedure as initially Rice processing begins in a milling plant, where the harvested grains run through a production line where the paddy is boiled, dried, de-stoned, de-husked, hulled and shelled into rice. It then is taken to the colour sorter machine. At this point, the rice mixture travels by elevator belt into a hopper on top of the machine, from which it will flow down along chutes in the colour sorter, streamlining their flow to so that they may be scanned by CCD sensors. The moment the camera detects any colour defects, the camera instructs ejectors fitted in the machine to open the nozzle. The nozzle is connected to valves containing compressed air. This air is then used to shoot out the colour defected material from the input rice. It is according to the difference of the optical properties of the material, using photoelectric detection technology automatic to sort the heterochromatic granule from raw material
Our Millgrain Automatic Colour Sorter is a CCD series digital intelligent colour sorter is a high-tech product integrating optoelectronic technology, microelectronic technology, computer technology and precision machinery. It has the perfect combination of today’s most advanced integrated circuit design technology and modern digital signal processing technology. It uses a high-speed processing CCD chip to achieve high-precision and high-definition imaging. The image of the subject is focused on the CCD chip through the lens to form a video signal output. The video signal is connected to the monitor to see the same video image as the original image.
