  • Whole Pulses are processed to produce Split Pulses (commonly known as Dal. Dal Milling/ Pulse milling is the removal of the outer layer of husk and splitting the grain into two equal halves is known as milling of pulses Commonly processed Pulses are Chana (Gram), Mung, Masoor, Urad and Arha (Tur) etc.
  • The basic process in Dal Milling is cleaning the raw materials, adding oil and sun or mechanical drying, grading, conditioning and de-husking, splitting, separation, polishing and bagging
  • Our Millgrain Dal Milling Machine is a High-Tech Mini Dal Mill suitable for processing of all types of pulses. It removes any impurities like leaves, sand, other lighter grains and cleaned whole dal is obtained. It consists double roll in which one will be abrasive desk roll and other will be taper emery roll and box type elevator, screw conveyor, double deck four screen sieve unit
