• A Gravity Separator Machine can be used to separate any type of dry bulk particles that are similar in size and shape but differs in weight. It uses a combination of air, vibration & separation based on density difference

It consists of a rectangular deck for separation efficiency and accuracy. This Gravity separator machine creates eccentric motion and has an adjustable uphill tilt which separates heavier particles from lighter particles. Lighter particles move to the entire length of the deck, producing the cleanest light and heavy product fraction available. Heavy product fraction is available and the deck is fluidized by pressurized with a positive air system. As a result, light and heavy contaminants can be removed from the product. Also, it is facilitated with a dynamically balanced multiple fan system that is individually adjustable giving the necessary control through different air settings, to accomplish the accurate weighing necessary. It is a very sensitive machine and when operated correctly produces a very precise separation. It effectively removes partially eaten, immature and broken seeds to ensure maximum quality of the final product and to separate and standardization of wheat

• The outlet of grade 1^stand grade 2^nd are combined and make one outlet and recirculation of 3^rd grade (middle) seed through mechanical means is provided with the help of a bucket elevator and it is the part of the gravity separator
• The deck hinge is of gas spring for easy cleaning of the deck
• Blower air control, the metering device is Italian make for smooth operation
• Deck tilt is provided lengthwise for capacity adjustment of different crops and width-wise for quality adjustment for different crops
• The machine is attached with a lifting arrangement it is locked for transit
• Machine mouth spout is specially designed in such a way that 1^st,2^nd& 3^rd grade can be collected combined or separately
