  • White rice is milled rice that has had its husk, bran, and germ removed. This instrument is designed to measure the whiteness of rice. Rice whiteness directly correlates with the amount of milling. Based on the principle of photoelectric conversion, the instrument uses analogue-to-digital conversion circuit to measure the radiance energy value of white reflection on the sample surface. After signal amplification, a / D conversion and data processing, the instrument finally displays the corresponding whiteness value
